1) Freedom Park
Freedom Park, originally known as Her Majesty’s Broad Street Prison, is a monument and recreation space located in the heart of downtown Lagos on Lagos Island, Nigeria. Theo Lawson, an architect, created it. The Park was built to protect Nigerians’ historical and cultural legacy.
2) Iga Idungaran (Oba’s Palace)
Ancient Yoruba relics and contemporary architectural highlights coexist in the recently refurbished palace. To preserve the building in good shape, it has undergone gradual expansion and renovation.
The palace houses traditional Lagos landmarks and historical events. The main house of the Oba of Lagos, Iga Idungaran is one of Lagos’ most significant historical landmarks. The Portuguese constructed a significant portion of the building in 1705.
3) GET arena
Concerned about where to go for fun in Lagos? The GET arena is a fantastic option.
It can be found just across from the Palms retail center. Children will speak to the fact that go-karting is a classic example of a change from the usual as they appreciate it. Additionally, they include a bar and an arcade featuring a portion for wall climbing.
4) Nike Art Gallery
Nike Art Gallery is a Lagos-based art gallery operated by Nike Davies-Okundaye. The gallery is one of West Africa’s largest of its sort. It is housed in a five-story tall edifice and contains a collection of around 8,000 unique artworks by various Nigerian painters such as Chief Josephine Oboh Macleod.
